The Right Project Starts with the Right Estimate

Every BRS project begins with a transparent, detailed estimate that sets clear expectations, compares options, and provides a realistic cost framework before design or construction starts.

Every project with BRS Group begins long before drawings or construction works start.

We first meet with the client, listen to their vision, and prepare a preliminary yet detailed budget.

This step allows us to:

  • Provide a realistic cost picture from day one
  • Discuss different options and their impact on the budget
  • Show where savings are possible without losing quality
  • Manage expectations early and reduce surprises later

Example:

In a flipping project, the client wanted premium flooring finishes. Our budget showed a more cost-efficient alternative with the same look and quality — lowering costs while preserving the property’s premium appeal.

The estimate is structured into six categories and broken down room by room:

  1. General Services
  2. Demolition Works
  3. MEP Works
  4. Draft Works & Materials
  5. Finishing Works & Materials
  6. Custom Furniture

Total costs per service per category is calculated as quantity x unit price:

The final amount for each work category and each room is clearly documented in our Cost Estimate, so both sides see exactly how the budget is structured.

Once the design project is ready, we update the budget with exact specifications and supplier choices — staying as close as possible to the agreed framework. That’s why we always say: the right project starts with the right estimate.
