Partnership project with

A complete, smart, and cost-efficient upgrade of a villa in a relatively new community (Tilal Al Ghaf). The project included a ~5 m² extension by relocating the external wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, fully custom furniture, AC and plumbing modifications, roof waterproofing designed to withstand Dubai's occasional heavy rains, and elegant landscaping.

We did a full renovation of our townhouse in Springs with BRS. The project included design, renovation works, landscaping, and even a layout change — we expanded the kitchen/living area, which turned out really well.
