We undertake projects of any scale, from adding a room or extending a villa to constructing an additional floor. The allowable extension depends on community regulations. Most projects range from 10% to 30–40% of the existing built-up area, with our largest completed extension adding nearly 300 m².

Yes, in most cases. Before renovation, we inspect all engineering systems and hidden infrastructure. For villas 7–10 years old or older, we often recommend upgrading AC systems, control valves, concealed piping, and other key components to improve reliability and help prevent future issues. Even newer villas may require upgrades depending on their condition and the renovation scope.
