This 182 sqm office in DAMAC Smart Heights was developed from a shell-and-core condition with no flooring, ceilings, lighting, or partitions. The project included full design development, DCD, DDA, and DEWA approvals, complete electrical works, floor screeding and leveling, ceiling installation, partition works, soundproofing, painting, and supervision of building-assigned contractors for sprinkler and smoke detector relocation. Glass partitions and free-standing furniture completed the office fit-out.

We did a full renovation of our townhouse in Springs with BRS. The project included design, renovation works, landscaping, and even a layout change — we expanded the kitchen/living area, which turned out really well. There were a few small delays along the way, but nothing critical, and overall the process felt organized.
