Villa Renovation in JVT

This JVT villa was renovated to improve comfort and functionality through natural materials and earthy tones. We replaced the large terrace above the garage with an extension to add a fourth bedroom, reconfigured the second floor to split the master bathroom into two, and added a small internal extension above the staircase for a study room. The open kitchen, with wood finishes, clean lines, and minimalist surfaces, anchors the home, while natural light and textured details bring warmth throughout.
