Transformation of an empty warehouse unit into a multifunctional commercial space combining a retail showroom, storage area, and mezzanine office zone for an online Korean beauty retailer. The project included all required DCD and DDA approvals, fire fighting and electrical works, custom curved gypsum walls, glass partitions, decorative plaster finishes, and custom-built reception with product display elements.

We did a full renovation of our townhouse in Springs with BRS.
