Originally delivered with builder’s finish, this apartment was upgraded with decorative wall detailing, custom furniture, bespoke bathroom vanities, and a fully integrated smart-home system. Lighting, blinds, temperature, and power sockets were connected to smartphone controls for improved everyday convenience. The scope also included wall moldings, panel installation, and full repainting throughout the apartment.

We did a full renovation of our townhouse in Springs with BRS.
