This apartment, originally delivered with builder’s finish, was upgraded to meet the client’s vision for a more refined interior – featuring custom moldings, wall panels, full repaint, and custom-made furniture, including bespoke bathroom vanities. A smart-home system was installed to manage lighting, blinds, temperature, and sockets via smartphone, blending convenience with contemporary design. Clean lines and functional finishes defined the overall look – creating a modern, tech-ready home that feels intentionally designed.
